Do you guys think this is fair? You have a hard working young man who works a 9-5 and is also in school. He has four children for a women who is older than him, has no high school education, no job, lives at home with and off of her mother. Previously he had all four children on his insurance and was paying child support to her for the four children, until he resumed custody of his two sons, took them to live with him and left her with the two girls, all four children are still on his insurance. The mother of the children however is not happy. She feels that he should still be paying child support because their youngest child is sick and flies abroad every six months (or so) and she is constantly doing bake sales or asking her family for help to pay for the plane tickets and hotel fees. But please note that she brings this on herself because the dad's insurance covers the plane tickets and hotel stay, she just chooses not to give him the reciepts to submit because the cheque will be made out in his name and she wants the insurance company to make the cheques out to her, which they will not do, so therefore she chooses not to take advantage of that insurance coverage. So, do you think she's right in that he should have all four children on his insurance, be soley financially responsible for the two boys and still pay her child support for the two girls?? The judge didn't think so, but she make it her mission to make his life a living hell because he isn't paying child support that he isn't ordered to pay.

I would agree with the judge.....I do believe that he should owe the child support for the two girls because they are not in his care....Now if she doesnt want to take advantage of his insurance than that is her right and ultimately her stupidness.
